All data provided by Leadsexpert is compiled from publicly available sources, open directories, and legally accessible platforms. We take every step to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data through verification, validation, and formatting before delivery. However, as data may vary based on public availability, country-specific restrictions, and third-party platforms, Leadsexpert does not guarantee 100% accuracy or deliverability beyond the stated quality thresholds (e.g., 90%+ email verification and 70–80% phone verification).
Customers are responsible for complying with local and international data privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA regulations. Leadsexpert is not liable for any misuse of the data after delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their marketing, outreach, or promotional campaigns are conducted in a compliant and ethical manner. All orders are processed via WhatsApp, and upon confirmation, payment must be made through one of our supported gateways including cryptocurrency, Binance, Wise, Payoneer, UPI, Western Union, bank transfer, bKash, or Nagad. Orders are validated, checked for duplicates and syntax issues, and formatted within approximately 3 hours of payment confirmation. Final data files are delivered via email along with a digital invoice.

Fields may vary depending on region and data type. Leadsexpert is not liable for any business loss due to bounce rates, phone inaccuracy, or contact unresponsiveness.

Buyers are solely responsible for how they use the data. You must comply with all email marketing, telemarketing, and data privacy laws such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other applicable regional laws. Leadsexpert does not offer legal advice or guarantee compliance for your specific use case.
5. Ordering & Payment Process
Orders are placed by clicking the Order Now button, which directs you to our WhatsApp support. Once order details are confirmed, payment must be made via one of our accepted methods: Cryptocurrency, Binance, Wise, Payoneer, Bank Transfer, UPI, Western Union, bKash, or Nagad.
6. Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales made through Leadsexpert are considered final. Once a database has been validated, processed, and delivered via email, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy helps maintain the integrity of our data and prevents misuse.
However, in rare cases where a technical issue occurs from our side, such as delivering an incorrect file or a corrupted file, we will review the issue and may offer a replacement at no additional cost. To qualify, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the data and provide sufficient details for investigation. We strongly encourage all customers to consult with our team before ordering, review sample data if available, and ensure that the product meets their specific requirements. Once delivered, the responsibility for how the data is used rests entirely with the buyer.
7. Data Usage Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the database or any portion of it without written permission from Leadsexpert. Unauthorized use may lead to service termination and legal action.
